Thematic is a record of software private equity transactions, published as a weekday newsletter and a companion website. Using either means you accept these terms.

Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, an offer to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation of any transaction, firm, or company. Do your own diligence before acting on anything you read.

Entries are researched by Thematic and published in good faith, but deal terms, valuations, and advisor credits are frequently restated after announcement. Records are updated as better information appears.

The register is provided as-is. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any entry, and we cannot guarantee that any record is an accurate reflection of real-world facts. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Thematic's writers may have current or former professional relationships with firms and companies that appear in the register, and may hold personal investments in publicly traded companies named in it. Those relationships do not influence what is covered.

Inclusion in the register is an editorial decision. Firms do not pay to appear in it and coverage is not for sale. Thematic may sell sponsorships or advertising, and any sponsored, promoted, or paid placement will be clearly labelled as such and kept separate from the register itself.

You may read, forward, quote, and cite this material with attribution to Thematic and a link to the source page. You may not scrape the site or republish the register wholesale, resell it, or use it to train or build a competing dataset without written permission.

The newsletter and the register are free to read today. We may introduce paid subscriptions, paid tiers, or priced data access in future, and may change what is included at each level. Anything you have already been sent is yours to keep.
